We are out of network with all insurance providers. However, we're happy to provide you with a SuperBill after each visit, which you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

A typical course of treatment is once a week for 6–8 weeks. Acupuncture is cumulative — its effects build with each session, and most patients notice improvement after every treatment.
After your initial series, we'll reassess together and often transition to less frequent maintenance visits.
Results can be permanent depending on your condition and lifestyle. To maintain optimal health and prevent issues from returning, we recommend ongoing visits every 4–6 weeks.
Your first visit includes a thorough intake — we'll discuss your health history, goals, and concerns. Treatment typically lasts 60–90 minutes. We recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing and eating a light meal beforehand.
Acupuncture needles are extremely thin, much finer than a hypodermic needle. Most patients feel minimal to no discomfort. You may notice a mild ache, warmth, or tingling sensation at the needle site, which is a sign the treatment is working.
